Zip Eyewear is a unique e-commerce solution for eyewear retailers. Our Site to Sight program enables your business to regain customers who choose to purchase eyewear on the Internet, bring them to your store, and serve them locally using your existing supply chain and fulfillment.
HOW SITE TO SIGHT WORKS

- 1. Customers find eyewear they are interested in, select lenses, and purchase a Zip Eyewear Voucher, which includes a list of nearby Providers
- 2. The customer takes their voucher and visits a Provider
- 3. The Provider takes over from there-- assisting the customer, taking all necessary measurements, and then manufacturing and dispensing
- 4. Zip Eyewear issues reimbursement to the Provider

Zip Eyewear is different than any other Internet site in that it directs sales to local retailers, not away from them. Zip Eyewear Providers:

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY AND COST
The Zip Eyewear Provider Network is open to optical retailers in the United States. Specific store requirements are outlined in the Provider Agreement.
The program is free to join. Our only fee is a 10% remittance from each Zip Eyewear voucher processed by your business. Up-selling the value of the voucher by offering additional items or services to Zip Eyewear customers does not affect the fee paid to Zip Eyewear.

To become a provider click on the registration button above. To activate your Provider account you must also:
- 1. Fax or mail Zip Eyewear a W-9 form
- 2. Complete an online frame availability assessment for your business
- 3. Configure your business's reimbursement preferences
