Shipping Policy

ZipEyewear does not ship eyewear.
Your order on www.zipeyewear.com produces a ZipEyewear voucher that can be redeemed at any ZipEyewear Provider. A list of suitable, local ZipEyewear Providers is included for every voucher. Vouchers do not expire. Vouchers are delivered immediately upon order submission, and your credit card will be charged at that time.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your ZipEyewear order, please contact Customer Support.
If your voucher has not been processed or authorized by a ZipEyewear Provider, you may cancel your order by logging into Your Account and selecting the Voucher you wish to cancel. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon cancellation.
ZipEyewear.com offers a non-tangible service for custom manufactured eyewear offered by participating optometric practices. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds after your ZipEyewear voucher has been processed by a ZipEyewear Provider. You are responsible for understanding this as our customer. Orders also are governed by our Terms of Use.
All returns are handled directly by the ZipEyewear Provider associated your order, and are subject to that Provider’s return policies. All warranties are subject to each Provider’s policies. Please make sure you understand and agree with your chosen Provider’s policies before initiating your order with them.
To find the Provider that fulfilled your order, visit Your Account and view the voucher. Provider information is listed above your order details.
Copyright and Trademarks
By accepting and use of a Participating ZipEyewear Provider, customer understands and agrees that the information contained here is protected proprietary information, and is to be used only in connection with ZipEyewear service. Copying or misuse of the information contained here for any purpose other than the normal and necessary implementation is strictly prohibited.
The name ZipEyewear, the registered logo, and the trademarks owned by ZipEyewear are prohibited for use without ZipEyewear’s prior written approval.
Limitations of liability
In no event ZipEyewear shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, negligence or other tort action, arising from the connection with the use or performance of the information provided on this website. ZipEyewear makes no representation about the suitability of this information for any purpose.
ZipEyewear will not direct to a specific Participating Provider if there are more than one identified in the order. ZipEyewear will assume no responsibility with customer’s decision to choose a specific Participating Provider location. This responsibility, is related but not limited to the service, craftsmanship, warranties, refund policies and vision benefits.

Participating Providers are optical locations with current licenses and permits required to operate in the state were the retail optical store is located. Frame selections appearing on this site is based on the information provided by Participating Providers. ZipEyewear assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, accuracy or truthfulness for the information provided by Participating Providers that are referenced or linked to this website.
